IKFACE MANAGED SERVICE TERMS
INFOKRAUSE S.R.L. — v1.1 (2026-10-24) — Effective upon acceptance
1. Purpose. INFOKRAUSE S.R.L. (the «Provider») provides the Customer with the IKFace Managed service: installation and configuration of IKFace on a dedicated appliance, management of the operating system and software, updates and remote support. These Terms supplement the IKFace EULA and the Order; personal data are governed by the data processing agreement (DPA).
2. Administrative control. After installation, the Provider retains exclusive administration of the appliance's operating system (root access, packages, system security and network configuration). The Customer administers the IKFace application: users, cameras, profiles, features, integrations and retention periods.
3. Customer obligations. The Customer: (a) does not access or modify the operating system or install other software on the appliance; (b) ensures its physical custody, power supply and the connectivity required for updates and support; (c) reports failures or security incidents without delay; (d) backs up its own data, unless the Order includes that service.
4. Updates. The Provider installs security and functional updates according to its release policy, notifying maintenance windows in advance. The Customer may postpone a non-security update for up to 30 days.
5. Remote support. The Provider accesses the appliance remotely only for maintenance and support, through authorised staff, with centrally managed credentials and access logging. The Customer may request suspension of remote access at any time; while suspended, the Provider is not responsible for the services that require it.
6. Service levels and fees. Support hours, response times and service fees are those stated in the Order.
7. LGPL components. At the Customer's request, the Provider delivers the source code of the LGPL components and allows them to be replaced, as provided in the EULA. Customer interventions on the system fall outside the Managed service for the affected parts.
8. Term and termination. The service lasts for the term stated in the Order. On termination the Provider disables its remote access and, at the Customer's choice, hands over the system administrative credentials or uninstalls the software, after the Customer's data have been exported within 30 days; the data are then deleted under the DPA.
9. Liability, law and forum. The EULA clauses on warranty, limitation of liability, governing law (Italian) and exclusive forum of Cagliari apply.
10. Language. These Terms are drawn up in Italian, Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy the Italian text prevails.
